I've lived at this apartment complex for about six months, and my experience with Calais management, maintenance, and neighbors has been nothing short of a nightmare. I literally say twice a day, "I can't wait to get out of this dump." I really do say that, and I really do count the days until I get to leave this place.

I'd like to keep this as an anonymous post so I won't go in to details concerning my specific problems with Calais, but rest assure, if you are judging the premises based on the landscaping and the slightly lower monthly rate, then you are in for a "treat." Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 50.00 a month for a different apartment, this place isn't worth it.

To the reviewer below: I find it hard to believe that you are actually a legitimate reviewer. If you are, then why in God's name does it make sense to review an apartment complex when you've not even lived there. To those of you that read reviews like the one below, take them with spoonful of salt. Also, if you are considering Calais, then do yourself a favor and read all of the reviews that have been posted here. Had I known about apartmentratings.com, I wouldn't be at Calais today. This site is a great asset, but only if those that know of it take advantage of it.

However, upon reviewing the reviews listed here, there are, without question, a few reviews posted by either Calais fanboys or employees. They are pretty easy to spot, but just so you know.
