We are very sorry to hear about your "horrible" experience with us here at Calais. We take pride in our Community. We love our residents. We will say that with 260 units and two maintenance guys that they do the very best they can to make every ones experience a good one. There are some things that are out of our control such as weather damage, fire,etc to name a few. We do everything we can to fix these issues as fast as we possibly can. we ask that if you feel so badly here that you should be able to tell us so that we can make it better. We do not want anyone to be unhappy here.
