The Calais apartments are in the little niche of west LR and close to everything. You have fireplaces and easy access to numerous stores in case of that once or twice a year power outage that last for three days. The staff and grounds crews are very pleasant and the neighbors and pretty much low key. They have two pools and a small gym. Three or four neighborhood / mgt. sponsored events every year and nice interior builds / designs.
