Capitol Hill is a complete ripoff. For $700 a month, you get a disgusting, sludgy, mosquito-drawing swimming pool, an overflowing trash compactor at the front entrance, a ditzy leasing agent, noisy neighbors, no insulation, a ridiculously high electric bill, management that does not respond to anything, lack of adequate parking space, and awfully poor construction.

Sure, it's nice to live in West Little Rock, but at what cost' Because of poor insulation and management's refusal to do anything about a noisy neighbor, I haven't slept a wink since I moved to Capitol Hill. As soon as my lease expires, I'm outta there.

Wow this kinda sucks because I live here but just moved in. Guess I will soon find out what it's like to live here. So far the manager and maintenance man is nice. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot but that's ok. Haven't been to the pool yet.
