The apartment manager is extremely unfair and unprofessional and very, very rude. She is not very helpful and refuses to give you important information about the property, such as the name of the company that owns the apartments! Both the manager and leasing agent will tell you to go online and look up Bristol Properties, but there is not information about that, in regards to Capitol Hill Apartments that can be found online!

Also, when deciding to move to another apartment, she refused to give any information about my leasing history to the new apartment community.

Also, they quote totally different prices for apartments to different people. Such as telling one potential leasee that the apartment costs $600 and telling someone else that it cost $730! This is unfair treatment!
