I like the apartments. I only have a few complaints.
I live on the third for a reason. The last apartment I
lived in was on the first floor and I heard every move my
upstairs neighbors made, 24/7. Well, now I hear
people as they stomp up and down the stairs beside my
apartment, while they talk loudly on their cell phones.
I hear people in the parking lot honking their car horns
around midnight. I see children running around the property
looking for things to do, finding a hill with rocks, and
not being supervised, throwing rocks down toward the parking
lot. (may I suggest a play ground') These apartments are far better
than the one I lived in before. My Entergy bill is high, but lower
than it was before I moved here. The water bill is a rip off.
I've never before had to pay so much for water. But I'm still glad
I moved here. It could be a lot worse, I could still be at Governors
Park!! (I couldn't wait to move far away from there!)
Like I said, I like Capitol Hill, however, if I begin a
new search when my lease is up, I may look for an 'adults
only' community.
