I lived here (in two apartments) from 1999-2002 and loved it. The staff was friendly and I never had any problems. If you're not familiar with Little Rock, you're out int he outer edge of town and hence out in "the boonies". Put it this way, my window and deck looked out to a pasture of cows.

I wanted DSL for my computer, but service had not reached that far out as of yet, that may of changed, but I don't know. The apartments are among the nicest in the city, but a bit high. I do now live in Maryland, though, and compared to the prices out east (here), these are a steal. If you're looking for a very nice place and willing to pay for it, then these might be for you.

I was also told when I moved in that gates would be installed. As of my leave, some three and a half years later, none had been put in. Then again, they weren't really important to me...

I had some good times in my places and I wish that other apartments across the country could combine the look, space and price of these.
