Where should I start.. When I 1st moved in 9/04 it was awesome the first 2 months. Then I had issues with the noise from a neighbor. That was solved once a letter to my building when out. Oh and the Direct TV sucks.. The do not offer HD or any thing of this nature. Now heres my big ----- of them all. I give a 90 day notice because of job transfer. After this no more discounts, must pay almost 1100.00 when I move out. I would not recomment this place to anyone at all. The Davis Development does not give a ---- about their renters.. just the $$$$$.

I think that this is disingenuous. The staff are some of the most genuinely attentive I have ever encountered. It is not reasonable to expect to have no penalty when you break your lease. That is not the fault of the apartments.
