I have lived in CP for about 5 months now, and it has been absolutely wonderful! The largest two bedroom floorplan is HUGE (almost 1300 sq ft.) and I couldnt ask for a bigger bathtub! Two car garage and the master bedroom is GIGANTIC. The master closet is also the size of a small room! I was honestly amazed! Some parking in the apts are sparse, but if you get the right building, you wont have a problem at all. I chose these apts because the others were all the same price for 900 sq ft. Just had to pay a couple hundred more for an apt the size of a house!

My only complaints are:

-Not much cabinet space in the kitchen
-Water doesn't get very hot
-Management took a long time to get us approved then TRIED to make us move in a week after we wanted. (With a little fussing, we moved in when we needed to)
-If you have a lot of packages delivered, Mgt. doesnt let you know if they were left in the office. You have to go up there every so often to see if you have packages. I had one that sat up there for 3 WEEKS! (They state that they attempt to let you know)


Other than those, Carrington Park has been wonderful! I would definitely recommend them to apt. seekers!
