So far I have had only live here about 2 1/2 months. However, I have already had some cause to see the staff in action- when I came into the apartment, my sink leaked, and my AC poured water onto the concrete every time it turned off (it's in a small closet). I submitted the little report form they give you when you moved in, both were fixed the next day. All the staff I have met have been extremely friendly, easy going people (the maintenance crew and office staff).
When it poured rain very hard and was very windy a few weeks back, several people had leaks from shingles being blown off- the maintenance guys came by every apartment to check on it (in the rain) and blocked the leaks; the roofing stuff was fixed about 2-3 days later.
Although I do consider the apartments a tad on the expensive side, I really think I got my money's worth out of it. The parking is great, 1 assigned spot per apartment plus floating spots, plus a parking lot off to the side (not far). Everything is well lit at night, no trashiness, grounds are very well kept. Its a pretty friendly neighborhood, no loud music or any of that mess(I'm a student, need my studying time).
The apartments are pretty well put together, no leaning, foundation shifting, etc, no air leaks, good size floor plan.
The one downside (for me at least) is the megachurch right down the road; it looks like a shopping mall until you get close. Driving on sunday down the road would be problematic with the rather hefty amount of traffic, but they have two or three traffic cops out, so its pretty quick really.
All in all, I would strongly recommend to anyone who doesn't mind paying the rent they have listed, you would like living here- although if you plan on moving, you should contact them well ahead of time, there was a two month wait for us to move in.
