The staff seemed nice enough. I lived there for nearly 2 years and the walls were paper thin (you could hear everything your neighbors did especially on stairways.) Other than that the kitchen was laid out poorly and there was no storage space (not even a pantry) aside from my over sized bedroom closet. Plus when I moved out they kept my deposit and charged me $500 on top of that to replace the blinds, which I never so much as opened or touched. I would look at the other 2 gated communities in the area.

I love Carrington Park! I have lived here for over 2 years and also have stairs and never hear my neighbors. The staff is great and keep the place very well maintained. Isn't it funny how people who owe money are always the ones to post negative comments on sites like these? Sounds like sour grapes to me! As far as storage goes, why would you lease an apartment that didn't fit your needs? That's a little on the dumb side. I have lived at the other two gated communities referenced in this rating and Carrington Park is far better than those by a country mile! I love Carrington Park and plan to be here for a long time!

You sound like a wonderful staff member posting a response. I chose to live there because I had a roommate previously and this was the cheapest place with a garage to store our motorcycles. He got injured and had to leave and I was moving out of town in a few months so rather than break the lease I chose just to stay in a single bedroom place. As for owing the money it is certainly not a problem in my family, my father who had been paying my rent paid it without saying a word. I didn't mind them keeping the deposit since I didn't do much cleaning before I left, but I honestly never touched the blinds or went out on the patio so to be charged for them is quite stupid. Do you live on the bottom floor with stairs running up the wall behind your bedroom? If you do and you claim not to hear tons of noise you are quite honestly lying. Also how could you have lived at both of the gated communities right there and been in Carrington park for over 2 years? They are both quite a bit newer and one had just started signing leases when I moved in to carrington...sounds fishy to me
