This is a great apartment at a decent price. It was newly opened when I first moved in and so everything was nice, clean, and fresh. The office personal were adequate, except for Maria, she is wonderful, always cheerful and willing to help. Maintance was done as soon as possible, usually the same day when possible. The only problem was the trash containers. they were always overflowing, not very appealing. Good location.
