This place is an unfunny joke. We moved here, on the edge of the city limits, thinking this location would be safe for our children. We pay full price for a 3 bdr ($800)while the drug dealers and "gangstas" and "thugs" get tax credit apts (lower rent) and some even get Section 8!!!!

Maintenance is poor (he gets around to it when he gets around to it and maybe not at all), but the worst thing here is the criminal element. Hardly a day goes by that police cars aren't pulled up to one building or another, and management is just here to collect the rent money. It's well known that drug dealers hang out on the playground after dark, and my child witnessed a male assaulting a female and threatening to shoot her. This was at 11:00 a.m on a weekday morning and he was with two other children.

I am talking to higher ups to get out of the lease early without penalty due to fearing for my children's safety. I am very scared here.

If you have a family and actually care for your child's safety and well being, don't be fooled by the address and think it's something great. It's a ghetto with all the problems that come with it.
