I came to Little Rock as a graduate student that was on crutches and undergoing medical care . The day I had moved in I had problems with my plumbing in the bathroom, but the management at that time sent someone over promptly and they cleaned up the horrible mess . The management was so very helpful in everything . I loved my apartment and If I go into remission and am able to return to school I will be wanting to move right back in. I did not know a single sole in the entire state they were so helpful to me. For a college student the apt was awesome. I felt very safe, and loved my neighbors. I Hope the manegment is still the same as it was when I was there . The complex is reallly nice and you do really feel like your living in a resort. I loved the fact thta the washer and dryers were right there . It is almost like dorm life because your apt is inside a cubical and there are six apt in each " cube " three downstairs and three up stairs. Some of the apts even had porches and back yards with fences . The entire complex was kept extreamingly clean . I recommend this place, but I must say I have not lived there in six years < close to seven > When I was there Target was still being built . The Apt complex was adding on to the complex. Things can change in six years , but I really think this is an awesome place to live . Esp for College students .
