I recently moved out of chenal lakes after two years. I did not have many complaints but the last few months were horrible. After two years living there the management made me feel less than welcome. They rented my apartment out to someone else after i explained and did paperwork stating i needed to stay another month. I was lied to right to my face. And then as i was moving out they gave me some bogus charge for the carpet. I did not get a thank you or we enjoyed having you stay here. I was very disgusted and would not recommend this place to anyone simply because the management is very poor. Granted you mainly are paying for the location and thats it. They need to get new friendly management in place because currently they all SUCK!!!!

Chenal has new great owners with new management!!! The office staff is very friendly and caring. The maintenance team is fantastic.. if you call in for something to be fixed, they come out that same day!!!! Visit Chenal again... Its great here!!!!!
