I have been living at Chenal Lakes for 2 1/2 years and am proud to call it my home. The people in the office are very friendly and always help me to the best of their ability. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and always do an excellent job with whatever I've needed them to do. In the time living here i have received several new appliances and even a kitchen remodel! Lots of security officers living throughout the complex as well, so I sleep sound every night without worry about people breaking into my car or something. The two pools are great for the hot days and the 24hr workout facility is very useful. I have had several friends move into this complex after seeing my apartment. Rent is also fair considering what you get and the end of town we are on. I'd recommend Chenal Lakes to anyone.
