Tell ya what... return our securtiy deposit with a detailed list of deductions or your 55% acceptance rate will be in the 20s by next week... No one is going to bother reading the reviews if the number is that low... That alone will decrease your revenue by about $20,000 annually.

We continue to strive and make Chenal Lakes a great place to call home and have an apartment upgrade promgram in place. Unfortunately car break in's can happen anywhere since crime has no address. We enourage all residents to report suspicious activity and be familiar with surroundings. We appreciate all residents of our community!
