This place is overrated and overpriced. I would not recommend this place for anyone. They are just looking to make your money for themselves.

Chenal Lakes is not overpriced and has so much to offer the people that live here. I love to work out.. have you seen the new fitness center? It is great! We picked a remodeled apartment when we were looking and everything was brand new and beautiful when we moved in. We love to take our dog for walks along the walking paths.. we love Chenal and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!!
