These apartments are too little - too late, an unmaintained filthy mess.
The northmost garbage dumpster is being used as an illegal dump for furniture. It is routinely overfilled and plastic bags containing meat juices rip open and leak all over the surrounding area. It is now difficult to place garbage in the dumpster without walking through animal waste. Skunks,squirrels, ferral cats and opossums routinely get in the dumpsters because of the scent. Young children often walk in this mess which creates a health hazard for them. Most of the parking places are covered with greasy ooze and litter which is never washed with hot soapy water. The building breezeways contain bottles and broken glass and some even have dried blood on the outside walls. It has been this way for months.
