This is the worst apartment complex ever!

My roomate and I lived here the longest year ever!!! We moved out March 31, 2004 and we still have yet to receive our security deposit! The management staff gave us note stating that we will be refunded the full deposit but it has almost been a year and we still have not received it! We have called and visited the horrible structure they call an apartment, but it is the same thing everytime "give us your name and number and we will get back with you" or "our accountant is slow". Well, we are tired of it and we are going to have to take some legal action! Not to forget that we were lied to from day one. We were promised a downstairs apt, but we ended up with the 3rd floor apt, we were promised beige carpet, we got this ugly, dirty, dark brown carpet that was stained, we constantly had our clothes locked in the laundry facility and had to wait until the next morning to get them, wet and all! Their hired security harrassed many residents daily! This is by far the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!
