Chenal Park is Burglary, Gunfire and Gang HQ

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
There have been six burglaries in the past two months, three incidents of gunfire, and a gathering of gang wannabees at 15000 Chenal.
The grounds are littered with trash, and the mowers shred and spread. The dirty walkways have dog poo and the dumpsters are almost always surrounded by bags full of meat juice and diapers.
The loud cars just drive thru, hey yahh.
They keep raising the rent, but the place is just keeps falling apart. The management changes every few months.
