They show you the model of the apartment and that's great,but when you get into your own apartment it is not the same. They don't keep them up to part until they know that their Supervisors are coming to town and then its like a rat race to get things together. They don't have good long term customer service skills. Once they get you into the apartment everything goes downhill. They don't put notes on the door to let you know when their is an inspection. They just bust into your apartment without notice. Rent is going up and they don't let you know until it's time to sign your for another year. That way you don't have alot of time to even search for another apartment, so you end up signing the lease for another 6 months to a year. I LOVE the Otter Creek area. It is better to get your credit repaired and buy a house. Their is no overhead! You can have the Americian Dream instead making it for someone else. Because Sandy (manager) is about 70 years, living their free, driving a Camero without a care in the world. It is all about the money! She want your money, but don't care about you!
