Sandy has vacated the premises. Thank God!!! We now have a married couple managing the apartments. I haven't heard anything bad or good about them, so far. The pool was already closed on the Friday of Labor Day weekend, so I don't know what's up with that. But, we'll see. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

You are stupid. Did you even attend elementary school. It is not "a idiot"--"an idiot". You are soooo dumb. Ohh..by the way, If Sandy was so good at her job, why is she not over the apartment complex anymore!

If you are reading this now, you missed my scathing review of the apartments that was posted on 6/8/06. I updated this review on 9/2/06 because Sandy is gone and I felt that the apartments deserved a new review. This update raised the approval rating from 20% to 31%. For history's sake, I will give you the basic summary of that review. 1. Sandy told us she had inspected an apartment and found it ready to rent. But, the apartment had a huge hole in the carpet, molded and curling linoleum, a broken light fixture, and a smashed window. She either didn't inspect it or she was just goofy when she decided what "rentable" means. 2. She was the rudest and most unworthy manager I have ever met. She was not equipped with the personality it takes to be a person who deals with people. All my friends who have moved on to other apartments look back on her with dislike even if they liked their apartment. I am so glad she's gone and I'm so glad we have new management. I look forward to meeting them asap and having a better relationship with my landlords.
