I lived there for a little less than a year and I was GLAD TO LEAVE. Rent was reasonable. Maintenance was really nice but always slow at getting things done. I always had something that needed to be fixed, there was even a small pest problem when I first moved in. And be careful if you have to break your lease for any reason, you'll have to practically pay them for the rest of your lease amount even though your leaving! Management was reasonably nice though, just a little weird.
