This property has turned into the hood for real. The male manager is racist and his wife is half way decent. The girls in the office now are clueless and dont take pride in their job. The old girl left this summer and she knew what was going on, and was not racist at all. She should have stayed but I know now why she left. Rent is reasonable for the amenities and location. When I moved in my apartment had to be recleaned, and the manager told me she would get someone over here and she never did. Alot of promises and no follow through. One last thing, air filters do not get changed enough. You get the notice on the door that they are coming and they dont show up for almost a month. It is ridiculous.
