Good but could be better

We'ved lived here for 2 years. It was a GREAT deal for the space and location. However over time, there has been a decline in the type of residents that are moving in. We hear a lot of noise, lot of shifty people. The grounds are not as clean anymore. The courtesy officer is a joke. We are in the process of looking to move. It is a good property but much needs to be done to control its downward spiral. Management is great but needs to be more proactive to take control of what is happening to the property.
