I initially moved to Fairfield (formerly Foxrun) because they were the only ones who would give me an apartment with such poor credit. I liked it at first and I actually still like it, it is just too expensive for what you get. One can tell that the apartments are old and have been fixed up enough to charge an arm and a leg for them. A few of my steps going into my bedroom were very weak when I moved in and are a trip hazard if you don't know which step is loose. My air conditioning unit in the kitchen leaks (it is very, very, very old) and is in the ceiling above the kitchen sink and counter. My lock has fallen completely out twice since I've been here, which really questioned my safety. Maintenance is really slow. When I moved in Greystar was management and now they are owned by The Lynd Company, but I haven't noticed any changes except for the staff. On a good note, the neighborhood is fairly quiet unless you have a neighbor with a dog and a parrot!!''!! This isn't to run you away because the apartments are overall really nice, just too expensive.
