I have lived here for several years now and have seen this community go from one mangagement company to the next. We are now called Fairfield. The matinence give you the run around and really don't know what they are talking about. The bunch they have now in the office seem nice, but who knows how long they will stay. My apartment needs some serious upgrade as far as appiances. I have looked at some of the newer properties and it is hard to find such large closets plus i am to lazy to move. But I hope they will start upgrading the propery. they did a while back as part of a leasing renewal you got to get money off of your rent or you could pick out new light fixtures.

I lived there for a year and due to the awful management decided to move on. There were muggings in the back part of the parking lot. Young women working around the clock with young men in and out of their apartment all hours of the day and night, they didn't work outside the "house".Young girls meeting with men and getting into cars along the fence line, and young girls having fights in the parking lot along the back of the property. When reported to the staff, they asked for names of the people involved, like I was going to get into the mix out there. When the I called the police to report the disturbances they went unanswered, and the ON PROPERTY policeman that got free rent was never available when called. I moved out when my lease was up. This was once the nicest apartment complex in Little Rock, but has since deteriorated to a pitiful state. I am a person that doesn't want to own a home, and like communal living and would have stayed for years, as I loved the apartment itself and the location. I have since moved on and love the peace and quiet and tranquility of my new home. What a shame that the owners of this complex don't have a better grasp of keeping the good tenants happy, and getting rid of the troublemaking, deadbeat, tenants. Also too bad they don't turn it into a seniors only complex. The money saved on repairs and maintenance would be tremendous and duration of occupancy would double. An over 55 complex would really pay...
