Speaking from experience, I must say that the staff at the Fairfiled (previously know as The Fox Run Reserves) has an exceptional staff. Anytime I need something or have a question/concern, the staff is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I completely understand or to make sure my issues are resolved.
I have had a couple maintenance issues (what apartment doesn't') but whenever I called to make the office aware of the issue(s) a maintenance worker is at my apartment within 10-15 minutes, or by the next day (depending on the issues). I currently reside in one of the lofts and I can't help but feel good whenever I have friends come over. They love my apartment, the way it is set up, and just the environment of the complex. I have worked with Fairfield on numerous occasions, from renting out the clubhouse, to referrals, even to occupying different units.
I feel that Fairfiel Apts. are a great place to live and I don't have any intentions on moving anytime soon. A couple years ago, I lived in the loft and then moved into the 2 bedroom apartment. Some other financial obligations came up, which eventually caused me to have to move out. But once everything started looking up for me, Fairfield was there to welcome me back. That means alot. I really felt like I was valued and more than just a monthly paying tenant!!! The staff makes the effort to really get to know you.
As far as the previous comments that were posted by the other user, I find your statements hard to believe and I base this off of MY continuous, pleasant experiences with this complex. I have friends calling me all the time, asking about apartments and the Fairfield is the 1st place I recommend. I enjoy, the staff, the grounds, and most of all the apartment! I look forward to doing future business with the Faifield and continuing to receive the great Customer Service I have received, to date. THANKS A BUNCH!!!
