I've been living here for around 6 months, and I have to disagree with the other two reviewers from 2008. This apartment community is quiet and clean. I have had no problems with management--Becki has been nothing but friendly to me since I moved here. As long as you are willing to be a good tenant and obey the rules from your contract, you'll have no problems living here! Maintenance is a little slow about getting things done, but every time I've had a major problem it's quickly been fixed. There are some roaches around the complex, but that is true with any house or apartment in a neighborhood this old, and they regularly spray for bugs. I would recommend this apartment community if you are looking for somewhere quiet and safe!

I agree with the previous response. I had NO problems with Becki until I gave my notice to vacate. It was all down hill from there. It's kind of sad. I enjoyed the overall experience until she suddenly turned on me. Please keep this in mind.
