The bugs are rampant at this place, disgusting. Becki Kerr is unstable and incompetent. She does not actually check renter's credentials before leasing and then harasses them for fear of something going wrong and making her look bad. You will have no privacy if you live here. The maintenance man will report to her everything that he sees in your apartment. Then she will call you and harass you about it. Stay away!

You are obviously as delusional as the manager. That place is a cess pool. I would rather live in the outskirts of Tijuana.

Oh my gosh. You people were obviously bad renters! We have lived here for 3 years now and could not be living in a better place. We have never seen any bugs except outside where they are suppose to be. We had a problem with the air conditioner not working on a Sunday afternoon, called the office, got the answering system reported the problem and within 10 minutes the maintenance man was here and had it fixed in no time! I have lived in several apartments around Little Rock and this is by FAR the best place. Thanks to Becky for being a superb manager!
