Don't waste your money

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
Expensive ghetto living w/very poor management. I agree w/review of 9/15/05 - my upstairs neighbors were awful 24/7. Also, when I moved out, I was not reimbursed either my Pet Deposit or my Deposit. Beware of those "specials".
