Appliances/cabinets old. Bad cooling/heating. High electric bill. Was told water would be $5/month, it was never less than $20. Loud neighbors.
Managements okay, but I've waited a month and a half for my deposit check. Apartment was attractive and maintenance was quick, but should have been cheaper for all of that.

I totaly agree! Electric bill is huge! I hear my upstairs neighbors 24/7 ... I should have taken an upstairs apartment ... somewhere else!
