Loud upstairs neighbors, $$$

I don't recomend the downstairs units because you can hear your upstairs neighbors
'moving about', in my case, 24/7. !!!!!!!!!!!
It sounds like they are 'stomping' across the floor as they move from one room to the next. This goes on all night.
Several tenants are leaving because management is raising everyone's rent at the end of their leases. (More than $60.00 increase per month!) Forget it! I'm moving when my lease is up. It costs way too much to live here. It's not worth it!
