I don't have enough time to list all the negative aspects of this community, so I'll hit the high notes. They ignore maintenance requests; there is far too much noise; I sometimes have to park on the opposite side of the complex since there is limited parking. In the summer my air conditioner can't cool below 80 degrees and the manager says that's to be expected because summers in Arkansas are hot. The manager doesn't even pretend to want to help with complaints. If you want the hook up for your choice of drugs, you just have to look next door. Here is an example of how maintenance works here: In the bathroom, instead of repairing a drawer, they glued/screwed it closed so that there was no longer a problem with it falling out! That's a great idea; let's just make it where it can't even be used. There is apparently no insulation since my average summer electric bill is $150. I would suggest looking anywhere else.
