My husband and I lived at Governor's Park for a year. Management was aweful. It took forever for repairs to be completed some of which were never completed at move-out eventhough the request was submitted 6 months prior. Toward the end of our time there, we were planning on renewing our lease and then changed our minds because the lease renewal was never sent to us. We also had serious problems with management at our move-out date. Nice apartments but not worth the headache.
