Management changed a couple of months after we moved in (12/2004). Since that time, there has been a decline in service and professionalism. The office staff tends to be rude and forgetful. The maintenance staff is highly unprofessional, if not incompetent. The security gates were broken for several months, sometimes not opening which was a major pain. The trash dump often over-flows, and trash spills out into the street where rats and opossums will feast at night. The gym has very old machines that aren't well maintained. On a positive note, however, the grounds are well kept, the pool is gorgeous, it's in a nice, safe beautiful neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants, the apartments are well-built and solid, the complex is populated with professionals, and we've had very few problems with noise. I fear that if the management doesn't improve, living in this once top-notch community will not be worth the money.
