After looking at the 1 and 2 bedrooms, I decided to try out the One bedroom for $490 a month. The one available was on the bottom floor.
Noise factor: Yes, you can hear your neighbors sometimes. Mainly it's the Tv/music/dishwasher noise that will come through....and it's annoying. And you do hear the walking noise from upstairs, but it's just ever now and then. You can also hear the pipe noise, but it's nothing too bad if you keep the bathroom door shut.
Manager: Our last manager was horrible! He would not fix a thing! But the owners caught on and got rid of him. So they are currently looking for someone else.
Parking: Parking is HELL! I ran into the owner one day and asked him about this. It seems that there are 40something apartments and exactly that many spaces....even though there are two bedroom apartments as well. Go figure. But you don't really mind til it's Friday/Saturday night and you gotta park at the food place next door.

On a good note: There is grocery store right across the street and food places within walking distance

This place is not the best, but it's not the worst.
