I was just reading the review of another person who lives or lived at Hidden Valley, and I finally realized that apparently everyone has had the same experiences as me! It is in a great location, and the rent is reasonably low, and that's the only reason I am still there (aside from the high cost of deposits to move in to another place...I have three pets).

I have lived at Hidden Valley for almost 4 years and it has consistently gotten worse. There have been at least 4 different managers since I moved in, and each time the manager tries to get things done for the residents but with no help from the management company! Since I moved in, my front window has needed to be fixed (still not done), I have needed a new screen door on the back the entire time (just got one about a month ago and had to put in on there myself), my water heater gives about 5 minutes of hot water and all they do is turn up the temperature of the water each time I complain so now I have to be careful getting in the shower or it will scald me, and my air conditioner probably goes out about 3 or 4 times each summer, which leads me to my next point: this week!!! This week, my air has been out. It's 103 degrees outside today and I am on the top floor and I have pets. But when the manager tried to spend $350 on a stand up air conditioning unit for us to be able to live in there, the management company told her no, and to just give up two fans and tell us we have to wait. This is absolutely ridiculous and I could really go on and on, but I think this is enough info to prevent anyone who reads this review from getting an apartment at Hidden Valley.
