Highland Pointe has been a huge disappointment. Despite it being a so called luxury apartment community, I have found Highland Pointe to be anything but.

Besides the rodent and pest problem that I discovered shortly after moving in, Highland Pointe has paper thin walls and floors. You can literally hear every foot step your upstairs neighbors make. And if they have a kids and dogs, it sounds like an elephant going through a China shop.

I also found the staff to be unresponsive and incapable of solving any such problems or concerns. For your health and mental stability, don t lease here!

To the above response, I work in the office at Highland Pointe Maumelle and I am very sorry you feel so bad toward our staff. We try to make clear to all residents, if you have any trouble with neighbors or noise or anything for that matter, please contact the office. We cannot do anything about these problems if we don't hear about them from you. We will do everything in our power to make anyone's stay a pleasant one. However, it is apartment living and it's not perfect, but we do strive to be.
