Of all of the renting experiences I have had in the past, Highland Pointe would be the most extruciatingly poor example of what a professionally run management company should be. The staff is uncomprimisingly unfriendly and unhelpful. Their idea of resolving a tenant problem is to tell them there is nothing they can do about it or make you feel like you're the only one experiencing these issues when in reality there are many more residents having the same problems. The noise level is unbearable, construction is poorly built, electricity is costly and apartment is inefficient. After speaking to other tenants I understand they could have an on-going scam with a towing company as they boot and tow resident vehicles. Unless the move-in special is worth all this aggrevation, I would strongly suggest you drive past this community without looking back.

I have lived in Highland Pointe for 6 months now. I live on the second floor so I have I apartments below and above me. So far I have not experienced any major problems. My car has not been towed and the nieghbors as well as the staff have always been very friendly. My husband and I have a boat, trailer, and 3 vehicles, and none of them have ever been bothered in any way. We keep the boat and trailer parked in the back of the complex and have had no problems. We do hear noise from above on occasion, but I guess as with ANY apartment complex, it depends who moves in above you!! Satisfied in #50

I would have to agree with you i love this complex! You want something to complane about, try living at Jefferson Manor Apartments in North Little Rock down the stree from Pulaski Tech, where the maintance man has the power to take the rent and make you wait a whole year to get closet doors and has the right to come in your apartment when your not at home and dosent leave any thing on the door to let you know he has been in there and just to catch it on a camara that you set up to see who has been in your apartment! now that is something to complain about!!!!!!!!!!!!
