I have carefully read all the former posts for this apartment community and don't understand what the deal is. I have lived here for a little over a year and have very little complaints. If anything, this place is even better than before.

I live fairly close to the pool and even though I'm right here, noise is never really an issue. Management is good to run people away that don't rent here. It keeps riff raff to a minimum. I have rented a carport because parking in my area can be tricky and I was informed of it early on by management. As far as apartment living goes, this has been a great experience.

I have lived in apartments for my whole life and I realize there will be a certain level of noise and parking issues that people seem to be blown away by. You are renting an apartment...there's only so much you can do about some neighbors leaving their trash out (which admittedly, I have done, but was quickly given a trash notice). I will admit that the dog poop issues are near extinct, now. Some not so great folks have moved on to torture some other people. I hope to stay here as long as jobs stay available in the area. Maumelle is a wonderful place to be. And, how much better could it be with just enough distance from the compacted North Little Rock areas.
