I stayed here with my 3 children while my husband was deployed overseas. It seemed nice enough, until we moved in and realized the carpets were nasty. We had to rent a steam cleaner and clean them ourselves. The office staff seemed to change daily, so you never got to work with the same people, must have been a horrible place to work too. Maitenence was terrible when I first moved there, getting a drawer back a month after it was supposed to be fixed. Also found a scorpion in our apt. Kind of funny considering my husband was in the desert and didn't see one, and got one in our apt in Arkansas. The solution to this was to spray with some sort of pesticide that we couldn't go into our apt. for quite a few hours because of the danger. That night I came back to a twitching scorpion on my kitchen floor, YUCK! I chose this apt. for the school district, but would never live there again!!!

I also agree that parking is a nightmare!!

Something is wrong with you. You moved into the woods bugs come out and will get into your home even if you own it. You need to delete this rating because you rated this place when you lived here in 06 and 07 and now its 09 and all you can do is throw out this. Come on, are you really being serious? I love this place it is my home please don't talk badly about it. The cup is half full not half empty.
