The staff aways tries to be on top of things. The only problem is every once in awhile, they will have problems with kids that don't have better upbringing, but, it is usually addressed pretty quick. The Maintenance personnel would rather take care of a problem as soon as it arises to prevent it becoming worse. They are always busy doing something. The office staff is always willing to listen to whatever problem you have. I have been here about 3 years & would recommend it to anyone. Pool,car wash, fitness gym, Gazebos for grilling, Maintenance & courtesy/security on 24hr pager. I have never lived anywhere that stayed on top of things as well as they do here.
