I recently moved into Highland Pointe and it's by far the best community I've lived in! The office staff was knowledgable, helpful and friendly from the start. My neighbors have been very welcoming and one even helped me with some boxes. I placed a work request through the office and the maintenance staff was there within the hour. At my last community, this would have been completed a week later. I've only been here for two months and plan on renewing when my lease is up.

I think management is posting all of these good reports with 5.0 ratings because these apartments are terrible!!!

To the response above- I work in the office and I read these reviews and I'm stoked that folks are using this tool to let people know how wonderful this community really is. A lot of times people just go to a website like this if they have had one bad experience. How many times have you told one person that you had a wonderful experience or someone made your day? Probably not very many. Now, how many times have you told some people that you had a bad experience or complained about the service you got? Probably much more. If you have any issues with your apartment or the service you have received from any of the office staff, please let us know. It is our duty and pleasure to make certain that everyone's stay here is as pleasant as possible. -Amber
