I have lived here for about a year now and I am moving out very soon when my lease is up. At first it was a great place to live at. It was peaceful, no parking problems, and the management was very nice. The nice management company sold out to a new company and all hell broke loose. The apartment complex filled up quickly so parking is very hard to get because who ever planned out this community didn't think about most households would have more than 1 car to park. The raised the prices up and did not warn the residents that it would be such a price increase when you renewed your lease. The have broken several promises. They do not change out your air filters in your apartment. I had to change it myself. The management is very rude now days except for Ruth. I won't deal with anyone but her. To sum it all up the apartments are overpriced for the quality of service you get from management. The apartment are not insulated well so you hear a lot of noise, the apartment does not provide doggie poop bags so people let their animals go to the bathroom where ever, and the management does not seem to car about the mountain of trash that builds up on the weekends and stray animals tear it up and it blows all over the yards. The yard people come and just mow the trash along with the grass. I do not recommend this place at all.
