This apartment complex has NO insulation. You can hear EVERYTHING, even neighbors sneezing and talking. On top of that, if you have loud neighbors, you better get over it until your lease is up. The management doesn't care, and they don't do anything to fix the situation. I know several residents who have complained about noise and music, more than once, and the management was rude and basically accused them of making it up. The apartments seem nice, but they skimped on thick walls.
