The reason I originally chose Lanai was that it was in a neighborhood I liked and it offered so many different choices. I kind of just stumbled upon the property on craigslist. I had never heard of this place before and most likely would have never found it, because it's not advertised in the apartment guides around town. It's one of those hidden treasures, in a sense.

I HATE cookie-cutter apartments that all look the same. Adrien, the manager at Lanai, showed me several different apartments, including one of their loft "inspired" apartments and I immediately fell in love with it. All of my neighbors seemed to look out for one another, yet kept to themselves, which was nice. I only needed maintenance once, I believe, and it was fixed very quickly with no problems whatsoever. I only lived there for 6 months, but I fully plan on moving back with Lanai soon.

This was the 4th different apartment complex I've stayed at, and this was the only time I left with only positive things to say about the apartments and their staff.
