I lived on 7th Floor. It was a pretty quite floor. Only one person there sold drugs but he kept it in his room and didnt bother anyone. I liked the room. For one person it was large. On the north side of the building. The PROBLEM WAS: while in me bedroom, I could hear peole using the bathroom (peeing) and taking a shower. That was my main gripe. There are no real 3 prong plug ins, there are some but they are fake. A lot of older people live there and do not have cars, so they ask you to take them places. Prostitutes work the front of the building during the night. The elevators are so small a regular couch will not go up. Neither will a king sized bed unless you want to carry it up the stairs (9 floors total). I left my apartmet cleaner then when I moved in but after almost 2 months I have NOT got my deposit back. There are people there that beg for food or money when you carry up your groceries. And the pool was most of the time UNUSable from being dirty!!! Oh yea, they went from 560 to 585.00 per month for this unit when I left. There was also a family that dominated the pool area in warm weather. They got drunk, threw beer bottles and brought 20-30 kids from who knows where. The basement smelled like there was piss on the walls. There would be open beer cans in the elevator. Unsupervised kids would come from the pool wet dripping in the elevator. It could have been a real nice place to live IF they drug tested. But then, they would loose 80% of the tenants.
