I have been very happy with the management and leasing agents at Pleasant point. When I first moved into my apartment, there had been a previous smoker, which caused the apartment to have a strong odor. Once I mentioned the problem, maintenance came by the next day to put a deodorizer on my carpet, along with changing out filters and adding an air freshner to the air handling unit. This made a huge difference. Anytime I had a problem, I was never met with frustration or impatience. They have always been willing to hear me out, and try to correct the problem as soon as possible. The location of the apartments is also very convenient. I am less than 3 miles away from multiple restaurants, movie theaters and grocery stores. I have lived in some loud, nasty apartments, but I really cannot say enough about my appreciation for the community. If you are thinking about the apartments, just stop by and check the prices on rent. That's what sold me first, and everything else has been gravy from then on.
